iPhone 4s brand new and sealed. .

Hi, I have for sale a brand new, still sealed and never opened iPhone 4s 16gb. Got it as a gift but I prefer my galaxy s2. Looking for 430 to buy a 3rd generation 3g iPad so if you have one thats brand new then I will swap, otherwise looking for cash. I got it from vodafone however I heard their iPhones are unlocked?
