HTC 7 Mozart spair and repair *

hi i have a htc 7 mozart for sale, spairs and repairs due to the phone not loading up to the menu home screen just stays white with HTC written across the screen, had it to severel phone shops and have all said it need new softwere installed onto the SD card and easly fixed if you are good on computers, the phone is all took apart with the sd card out redy to be collected and fixed, phone only no charger please TEXT ONLY if interested thanks lee
